As a baker, Tim personifies passion. His love for the industry and commitment to continually improving his products is evident in anything you try. He stumbled into baking over 30 years ago while fixing bakery equipment and hasn’t looked back since. Tim, with his wife Caryn, established a successful bakery in Loxton which they owned for 18 years and sold in 2005.
After a few years developing his skills in several different bakeries across Australia it was time for sea change. This brought Tim and Caryn to West Lakes Shore to establish the grain & bean. Tim is quickly becoming famous for his pasties but puts equal amounts of pride into his sweet pastries and bread. With a philosophy of using the freshest ingredients and baking fresh daily he has built a well deserved reputation for quality. You can expect more delicious creations from Tim in the years to come.
