Bread
Tim's experience and passion for baking bread really shows in his product. His bread is ultra fresh and has a great shelf life (not that it ever lasts long). He bakes a variety of traditional loaves include white, brown and grain (with wholemeal flour) bread as well as speciality loaves including Dark Seeded Low GI, Pana Casa, French Stick, Crusty and Continental bread.
